You loved the book, so now what? How do you move forward in your life? How do you take that next step?
The two main things that stop people from having what they want are negative thoughts and limiting beliefs. Depression, hurt, and anger are examples of negative thoughts that can drag you down and keep you stuck. If someone has hurt you, it's difficult to break free of the hurt. But the more you focus on what's wrong, the more you attract that into your life.
Feelings of "I can't do that" or "I don't deserve that" or "I'm not good enough" are examples of limiting beliefs. These beliefs get planted in your brain from experience and other people. Maybe you wanted to be an artist when you were young and your mother said you'll never earn any money that way. So you grow up believing that art is a waste of time and you turn to something that may not feel fulfilling.
Many of the authors of F.A.I.T.H. can provide healing techniques to help you change your thought patterns. If you resonated with a particular chapter in the book, contact the author and chat, get more information, or find out about her products/services. Don't be shy. They want to help!
